Laser labelling glass
Plate glass, car windscreens, mirrors, sheet glass or technical components made of glass – the Quasar marking laser from Mobil-Mark is universally applicable and can be used to mark any glass object with the intended application agents (spray, powder, PVD film). It also allows for multi-coloured markings that are just as permanent and abrasion-resistant as monochrome engravings. Workpieces with any type of surface can be marked, because the customisable sealing units for the laser head of the Quasar allow it to be adapted to every component. Another important fact: unlike other materials, glass has light-conducting properties that require the use of a protective housing or protective eyewear during the laser-engraving process.

Coating with spray paint
Spray paint onto the workpiece, allow to dry, fuse the desired marking or logo onto the workpiece using a laser, wipe away excess paint, job done. The result is a flat, abrasion-resistant, dishwasher-safe marking in any desired design or colour.
Coating with PVD film
Attach film dispenser to laser head, transfer the metal layer of the film onto the workpiece using the laser, job done. The result is a flat, permanently abrasion-resistant and dishwasher-safe marking in any desired design or colour.
Engraving mirrors
Position laser head on mirror, apply laser, job done. The result is a transparent area on the mirror, created by the removal of the mirror coating.
