The mobile lasers from Mobil-Mark can be used flexibly – wherever you want. They reliably mark, label and individualise almost any surface geometry and shape of an object. Quasar – the mobile fibre laser for small, large and bulky objects
The Quasar mobile fibre laser marks surfaces made of practically any material – especially plastic and metal. The highly flexible device is available in three performance classes as standard and delivers precise, filigree engraving results – from annealing marking to deep engraving. The areas of application for the Quasar are as varied as they can be: from marking prototypes or individual items to individual labelling of workpieces from small batches.
Nova-f – the mobile laser marking system especially for ceramics
Sanitary ceramics, industrial porcelain and tableware are the speciality areas of the Nova-f mobile marking laser from Mobil-Mark. In addition to durable, abrasion-resistant and surface-friendly engraving on ceramics, the handy device also enables customised markings to be produced quickly, safely and reliably. Like all laser marking systems from Mobil-Mark, Nova-f fits perfectly into the respective application environment and can also be integrated into an automation system if required.
Application examples of mobile laser engraving devices
Due to their design, mobile engraving lasers require a larger investment than stationary systems – but in many cases, mobile laser labelling is required. Especially when the objects to be marked are particularly large, bulky or heavy, the mobile laser marking systems from Mobil-Mark score with their unique selling point: the laser comes to the workpiece, not the other way round.
Bulky and very large objects
If bulky objects such as bar stock are to be laser marked, the mobile devices from Mobil-Mark are the best choice. You do not need a protective housing for safe engraving, and the laser source can be conveniently rolled to the area to be marked.
Heavy, unwieldy objects
Heavy and unwieldy objects can only be transported with great effort. If, for example, an engine block is to be laser-marked, it would be very inconvenient to position it in a stationary laser cabin. With mobile devices, on the other hand, engraving can be carried out quickly and easily directly at the location where the object can be conveniently placed.
