Engraving powder-coated materials
Powder-coated parts of all kinds can be marked permanently, abrasion-resistantly and gently with the universally applicable mobile and stationary laser engraving machines from Mobil-Mark. The coating layer is foamed and not removed – the protective effect, which is particularly important for metals, is retained. As the laser head on the mobile devices can be optimally adapted to the respective part thanks to customisable sealing units, the Quasar can also be used to mark almost all surface geometries – ideal for cost-effective marking of small batches or individual items.

Foaming
Position laser head on workpiece, apply laser, job done. The gas bubbles that develop on the surface cause a colour change (lighter, white or grey, depending on the material), and a slightly raised marking is created.
