The Mobil-Mark engraving lasers permanently mark any material or surface – rounded or flat, large or small. To that end, we offer sealing units customised for individual workpieces, which facilitate the marking of any type of surface.

Film dispensers

Film dispensers

PVD coating material such as titanium, gold or silver can be cleanly and reliably applied to ceramic, glass or metal with Mobil-Mark laser engraving; the engraving is scratch-resistant and permanent. To achieve these results, a film with the respective coating material must be placed on the workpiece before the laser is applied. The handy film dispenser saves time by combining these two steps into one.

Extraction and filter units

Laser engraving of plastics and certain metals, such as chromium-nickel steel, can produce hazardous gases and vapours. To keep these gases and vapours out of the breathable air, Mobil-Mark offers two extraction and filter units that can be connected to the laser marking system via plug & play in no time.

WiFi controller

WiFi controller

Transmitting engraving jobs to laser engraving machines via WiFi is quick and convenient. The WiFi controller is available for exactly this purpose. It only needs to be connected to a USB interface on the laser, and it establishes a wireless connection with a local WiFi network.

Meets common standards

The controller meets the IEEE 802.11ac WiFi standard, is backwards-compatible with the WiFi standards 802.11a/b/g/n, and is dual-band capable for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

Maximum data transmission is up to 150 Mbit/s (2.4 GHz) or 433 Mbit/s (5 GHz).

The scissor lifting table is an ideal tool for helping to create reproducible laser markings – such as in small-batch production. Workpieces to be engraved can be precisely positioned on its surface. The height of the table can be precisely adjusted down to the millimetre using the spindle and hand crank or an electric drill.

Spray coatings

Apply, dry, make laser markings, remove excess material: laser-marking after applying a spray coating to glass or ceramics is as easy as these four steps. You can also choose from several different colour options.

Quick drying

The colour you apply will be completely dry within just 1-2 minutes. After the drying process, the laser fuses the corresponding colour onto the workpiece using the energy from the laser beam.

Easy to remove excess colour

Any residue can then be simply wiped away with a cloth.

Marking table

For stationary laser engraving at a workstation that can optionally be mobile, we recommend the new marking table. It has a grooved plate with an optional clamping device on which your components can be precisely placed. The laser head can then be fixed to an axis system and guided up and down either manually or automatically. Even heavy components (up to 120 kg) can be positioned for engraving. The table is ideal for everything from individual parts to large series. At the same time, ergonomic working is possible here, as the employee does not have to guide the laser, but only feed it.
